- About Our Founder
Meet John Smith Deshommes
John Smith Deshommes is a proud U.S. Army veteran, certified immigration law specialist, and the Founder and CEO of J&J Multi-Services LLC, a company built on the values of service, integrity, and compassion. After dedicating years of his life to serving his country, John transitioned his passion for helping others into the field of immigration law, where he continues to serve-this time, by guiding immigrants through the complex legal and administrative processes that shape their futures in the United States.
John earned his Diploma in Immigration Law from the Washington Institute in Minnesota, where he developed a strong foundation in immigration policy and legal advocacy. His academic journey continued at the American Public University System, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Global Security. His master’s thesis, “Barriers and Solutions to Family Reunification for Immigrant Soldiers in the U.S. Military: Analyzing Policy Gaps, Security Implications, and the Effectiveness of Reunification Programs,” explored the challenges faced by immigrant service members seeking to reunite with their families. This research deepened his understanding of the human and national security implications of immigration policy and inspired his ongoing mission to advocate for reform and fairness.
Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Intelligence and Global Security at Capitol Technology University, John continues to expand his expertise in global migration and security studies. Through J&J Multi-Services LLC, he provides a wide range of services to the immigrant community, including immigration assistance, document translation and notarization, and interpreting services for legal, medical, and governmental settings.
John’s work is deeply personal. As a husband, father, and veteran, he understands the importance of family unity and opportunity. His vision for J&J Multi-Services LLC is to empower immigrants, reunite families, and create pathways toward stability and success. Through his leadership, John continues to make a lasting impact-one family, one case, and one success story at a time.
